Happy Buyer, Happy Seller

(This is really just me testing the Typepad blogging app on my iPhone. )

This was a smooth and trouble-free transaction, as you can see from the smiles!

I listed the house for sale in February and we were under contract in April after only 43 days in the market! Inspection issues were minimal, the financing (done by East Stroudsburg Savings Association aka ESSA) process was smooth, and the parties were well-represented. A special thank you to my colleague Mary Ann Hawk of Barbara Samet Real Estate for a job well done.

There. A bit if good news about the Pocono real estate market :)
