How is the vacation market moving. Down here in Orlando investors are snatching up condos for cash. Lenders won't finance because of the default rate. But this listing reminds me of a home I owned in Arrowhead Lakes back in the early 90's. I had to sell it when I got divorced. Bummer. The Poconos are nice.
